Cast Iron Bed plates

Jagdeep Bed plates are used for mounting large jobs while machining with floor type horizontal boring machine and also used as test floors, precision reference for spotting, tool making, inspection of parts, checking accuracy of other surfaces for many types of gauging and marking out operations and  test beds for mounting engines, large machines, transmission or other industrial equipment.

All Plates are finished on our CNC Machines to get higher accuracy & rigidity

Offered in varied heights 150 mm, 175 mm, 250 mm, 300 mm, 350 mm, 400 mm, 450 mm and 500 mm depending upon the loading condition to be specified by the buyer

Supplied with suitable arrangement for leveling and anchoring on the floor.

Smooth machined or rough ground or rough scraped or fine hand scraped surface finish as may be necessary to obtain desired flatness accuracy

Flatness accuracies offered in Grade I, II or III as per DIN-876

We are using latest foundry and casting techniques for casting the parts of the machines, so that we may get a sound and good quality casting

 

All castings are Stress Relieved, in house, to achieve higher accuracy and strength

These plates are of grained cast iron. They are amply ribbed to minimize deflection under load. The composition of the metal, the depth and structure of the plate are designed to conform to the deflection limits specified in IS standard
